Beth was fantastic since I walked through the door, I had never heard of your company before and she gave me that reassurance and told me everything I wanted to hear about your company using great knowledge. 

Knowing I was on my way home from work Beth kindly said I could go home whilst she does the background work and getting me quotes for New York. Literally, as I stepped foot in my door I had a phone call and an email from Beth with quotes outlining in great detail everything we had asked for. 

However, these prices were a lot more expensive than what we had been quoted elsewhere. Beth then came back to us and was clear and upfront that the price she offered was, in fact, the best price you could do. 

Because of the excellent service received from Beth, myself and my partner decided to take up your offer despite it being £100+ more expensive. Knowing we’re going to a company who want our business,  spoke us through every step of the way. Gave us re-assurance if anything was to go wrong. 

Overall, an absolutely amazing service by Beth; I’ve already recommended my Sister use you for a holiday coming up, and wish I would have for a holiday I’ve already booked. 

The easiest and smoothest holiday I’ve ever booked!
